1930年代ジャンボモデル群の一角をなす美しくも馬力溢れる名器を復刻！
J-55は、ギブソン・ラウンドショルダー・アコースティックギターの伝統を継承しつつリリースされました。J-55は、1930年代にギブソンから発売された4機種のジャンボ・モデルのうちのひとつでしたが、当初のリリース時から何十年も後になって益々、極めて珍重されるモデルとなっていきました。
カスタムショップ・ヒストリック・コレクションから登場する新製品、1939 J-55には、プレミアム・エボニー指板・ブリッジ、ロングスケール・ネック、サーマリー・エイジド・アディロンダック・レッド・スプルース・トップといった魅力ある仕様が凝縮されています。更にカスタムモデルとして際立つ仕様としては、マスターシュ・ブリッジ、ファイアーストライプ・ピックガード、そして幅広な1.77インチ(44.95ミリ)ナット幅などが挙げられます。
