神奈川県横浜市の製作家・松井則和氏が製作する『matsui ukulele』。
国内の著名ミュージシャンの楽器を多く手がけており、2004年からウクレレの製作を開始され、注目されている日本の製作家の一人です。

笑っているようなデザインが特徴の”Laughing”モデル。
特徴的なブリッジは裏通しタイプを採用。トップ材の裏で弦を留める仕様です。

指板は400Rのアール仕様です。

ペグは国産遊星ギアペグGotoh UPTを搭載しています。
