マルセロ・バルベロを父に持つ血統、その弟子である名工アルカンヘル・フェルナンデスを師とする、彼自信もまた希代の名工。惜しくも若くして早世しました。

父の弟子であり、若い彼を弟子として迎えたアルカンヘル工房での製作を貫き、生涯この工房から独立することなく、製作家キャリアを全うしています。

本器は父であるマルセロ・バルベロⅠ世の設計を基に、新たに独自のヘッドシェイプとフステーロ製糸巻き、そしてバルベロⅠ世作品を彷彿とさせるロゼッタ、ラベルデザインにより、彼自身のオリジナルモデルとして90年代初めに数を絞り製作された作品となります。

必要充分な音量と、滋味ある響き。音楽的で抑制が効きながらも控えめな色香かおり華のある、手放すことはなかなか難しい、名器としての魅力に満ちています。

ブリッジ下1弦箇所の弦ハネ傷、横板の一部の手の繰り返しの接触による塗装荒れがありますが、大変奇麗な作品。割れなど修理履歴なし。機能面から糸巻きがゴトー製（アルカンヘルモデル）に換装されています。

出物です。お勧めの名器。
