ニュージーランド北島の最北端にある、原生林と農地に囲まれたパラオアヌイ渓谷に工房を構えるギタービルダー"ローリー・ウィリアムズ"。1993年から本格的に楽器製作を始め、これまで数々のギターショウに出展し、現在では世界中のギター愛好家、プレイヤー、そして他のルシアーからも高い評価を得ています。本器はニュージーランド産のトーンウッドであるタネカハ、タライレ、トタラ、カウリなどを用いて製作され、ニュージーランドの鳥の名前"Kiwi"と名付けられたOOOサイズ程のボディのカッタウェイモデル。タネカハトップ、タライレサイド&バック、トタラネック、マッカーサーエボニー指板&ブリッジ、ダイヤモンド指板パールインレイ、マッカーサーエボニーバインディング、チューリップウッドパーフリング、古代カウリロゼッタ、ゴトー製510ゴールドペグ、Xブレーシング。トーンコントロールと軽量化を狙い、ブレーシング材はデザインカットで空洞化されております。タネカハはトップ材としてはやや重い性質を持つため、スプルーストップよりもマホガニートップモデルのサウンドイメージに近いトーンを持っております。オリジナルのXブレーシング、そしてマホガニーとローズウッドの中間的な特徴を持つタライレ材との組み合わせは相性抜群で、しっかりとした安定感のある低音に豊かな倍音が重なり、ふわっとしたエアリーな響きをご堪能いただけます。2018年製の個体ですが、目立ったキズなどは見られず、とても美しい状態です。ネックのコンディション、セットアップも大変良好。フィンガースタイルなどに最適でしょう。個性的かつスタイリッシュな1本。オリジナルハードケース付属。
