山梨県のルシアー、岩下寛主宰、IWASHITA MANDOLINS&GUITARS。日本でも非常に珍しいマンドリン製作家の一人です。全ての工程を1人で製作しており、故に年間生産台数はかなり少なく、当店でも入荷するとすぐに売れてしまう人気製作家です。
本器は、新作マンドリン、tote dma (Maple)。
トップ：イングルマンスプルース
サイド&バック：メイプル
ネック：マホガニー
指板：エボニー
ブリッジ：エボニー

このシリーズは、トートバックの如く、どこでも持ち運べ気軽に弾けるマンドリンがテーマとなっており、重量やサイズ感、薄いボディ、ついつい手にとってしまう不思議な魅力が詰まった楽器と言えます。
クラシックマンドリン的な雰囲気のボディにヴィンテージカラマズー（KM-11）を彷彿とさせる形状の鼈甲柄ピックガード、見れば見るほど、この可愛いビジュアルにヤラれてしまいます。またロープパーフリングもどこかクラシカルで雰囲気抜群です。

”ふんわり”と響く、甘くチャーミングな響きは、これまでのフラットマンドリンの常識を気持ちよく覆してくれます。ギター的とでも言いましょうか、、、。
