セルマー/マカフェリタイプのレプリカとして、世界的に評価が高いメイドインジャパンのブランドStriongphonic(ストリングフォニック）。緻密なオリジナルモデルの解析と、日本製の確かな技術が融合し、質の高い楽器をリリースしています。老舗国内ファクトリーで少量ずつ、製作されており、希少であります。

本機は、1960年代のFavinoを可能な限り再現したモデルのハカランダ・サイド＆バックバージョンとなります。豪華な杢目のハカランダは、はやり大変魅力的ですね。ネックは3ピースからなるメイプル、トップにはシトカスプルース単板、ブリッジはエボニーで形状と質量はオリジナルに近づけられています。

ひとまわり大きなボディサイズを持ち甘くパワフルなサウンドは、やはりファビーノタイプでなければ出せないテイストであります。

パーツ系につきましては、ドイツSchaller社製のペグに、スチール製のテールピースを装備しております。塗装は、ストリングフォニックお馴染みの極薄のラッカー塗装で、よりダイレクトに伝達してくれますし、佇まいもすごく雰囲気があって良いです。

マニアックなモデルにはなりますが大変お勧めです。
