当店ではお馴染み、カナダ・バンクーバーの個人製作家シェリーD.パークさん製作のジプシージャズギターです。本機は、工房を訪ね、現地ストックの数本から選ばせていただいた一押しの個体です。ジプシージャズギターSHOWに出展されたモデルで、多く試奏がされているということで、通常販売価格は88万円ですが、特別価格での販売となりますので、お買い得です。

モデル「Encore」は、シェリーさんの定番モデルで、ジプシージャズギターとしてはオーソドックスなオーバルホールに、14フレットジョイントのセルマースタイルです。

本機の特徴としまして、まずサップがバックセンターに入るなどエキゾチックな杢目を持つサントスローズウッド（合板）がサイドとバックに使用されている点です。ルックスも雰囲気があり、しっかりとした出音を生んでいます。

また塗装が、大変手間のかかる伝統的なシェラックによるフレンチポリッシュ仕上げというのもポイントで、薄い塗装ですので全体の振動感が良く、深く豊かな鳴りが体感できます。見た目の深みのある輝きも美しいです。

トップは、杢が入った美しいシトカスプルース、ネックは、良質なマホガニーで、フィンガーボードとブリッジは、エボニーです。ブレイシングは、伝統的なセルマースタイルで、セルマー独特のトップの”Pliage”（折り曲げ）加工も施され、トップ板を全体的に緩やかにアーチさせてあります。テールピースは、DR、ペグは、シャーラーを搭載しております。

サウンドは、レスポンスが良く、纏まって響いてくれて、バッキングは弾いていてとても気持ちが良いです。また単音で弾いたときの音もノスタルジックで存在感があり良い感じです。新品ながらとても馴染んだトーンで、素晴らしいです。

ケースにつきましては、掲載のハードケースが付属いたします。
