L.Luthierは2009年マレーシアの創業者Adwin Lai(アドウィン・ライ)によって生まれた新進気鋭のアジアンギターブランド。10代でギターと作曲を始め、大学ではギターと声楽を専門に勉強、実際にシングルをリリースするなどミュージシャンとしての知識を持ち合わせており、独自の考察から生み出される楽器達は内部の構造のみならず、オリジナリティー溢れるデザインにも反映されています。本器はオールマホガニーボディーのソプラノロングネックモデル”Le Mini Maho”。ギターのLEシリーズ同様、トップ低音側上部に配置された独自のサウンドホールとサイド側にマウントされたサウンドポートはパフォーマンス中に高い感度を実現。演奏者自身が聞くサウンドと聴衆へ届けるサウンドをセパレートしモニタリングすることを考えている所が特徴です。オールマホガニーボディー、マホガニーネック、エボニー指板、ローズウッドメイプルラインデザイン入りのブリッジ、オープンゴールドギヤペグ、緩やかにラウンドされたベネチアンカッタウェイ、バインディングセルは杢入りのメイプルにカラー、レッドカラーに着色されたウッドライントリムがアクセントになっており、モダンなデザインのアクセントになっています。ソプラノサイズとは思えないほどのボリューム感、やや広めのレンジ感を持っており扱いやすいウクレレです。マホガニーらしく明るく乾いたサウンドを響かせてくれます。同じサイズでも芯のあるパワフルな響き、立ち上がりが早いというのもジャンルを選ばないポテンシャルを持った優秀な1本。小柄で抱えやすく運びやすいというのも大きな魅力です。ワンランク上のコストパフォーマンス抜群の1本、ぜひお試しください。持ち運びに便利なプレミアムギグバッグ付属です。
