1991年暮れから、「＆サン」にラベル変更されたロマニロス器。本作は新ラベル移行3年後（ロマニⅠ世62歳、息子リアム29歳）の作品です。

作品が放つその佇まい、使用材の選定、そして何より音が、Ⅰ世の手による作品と思わせる、Ⅰ世色が色濃く反映された作品です。

決して派手でなく、極度の華やかさでもなく、滋味あるサウンドのロマニロス。低音から高音域まで、実にバランスよく鳴らすことができます。自然な倍音は適度で気品があり、サスティーンは自然に収束します。

典雅な独特なトーンはロマニ然としたもので、他にない独自世界をみることができます。

表面板（ブリッジ下ベース側と、指盤脇ベース側）に2ケ所の補修があります。
