愛媛県の製作家、亀岡隆之。20年近く前に押尾コータロー氏が使用し始めたことがきっかけでKAMEOKA GUITARの名は一気に広まり、これまで常に多くのバックオーダーを抱え、人気・実力を兼ね備えたベテラン製作家です。
本器は、亀岡ギターの代表モデルKMD Cutaway Custom w/M-Factory #202 Full setの初期の特別オーダー品。

トップ：スプルース
サイド＆バック：インディアンローズウッド
ネック：マホガニー
指板：エボニー
ブリッジ：エボニー
ペグ：ゴトー510
その他：フローレンタインカッタウェイ、エルボーコンター、ラリーロビンソンインレイ

見るからに普通とは違うオーラを放つ作品。
近年でもあまり見ることのないエルボーコンター仕様に加え、ヘッドにはあの世界的インレイ職人、Larry Robinson（ラリー・ロビンソン）氏による作品が彩られております。
明瞭でありながら、ドスンと深く響く低音はカメオカギター最大の魅力と言ってもいいでしょう。また、押尾コータロー氏が使用し実証されている様に、全域に渡りトルクが有り、各音が明瞭でどこのポジションに於てもストレスを感じる事がありません。タイトなパワーを体感でき、ダウンチューニングでの存在感もずば抜けています。
トップは弾き込まれた様子があり、極薄塗装ゆえに全体に演奏キズが多くございます。トップ以外の塗装は入荷時に亀岡氏によってリフィニッシュされており、美しい外観です。その他演奏面のコンディションは良好で、ピックアップには押尾コータロー氏の数々の名演を支えてきたM-Factoryを搭載しております。サンライズS-2、プリアンプ、ケーブルもフルセットで揃っており、即ライブ使用が可能です。
