ギブソンカスタムショップとのコラボレーションにより生まれた、F-5Gを忠実に再現したエピフォンのフラットマンドリンです。

ナット部で10インチR、最終フレット部で12インチRのコンパウンドラジアス、フィンガーボード・エクステンション、ピックガードなし、カバーのないテールピースなどプレイヤーを意識したモダンなスタイルになっているのが特徴であります。

美しいクレモナ・サンバーストフィニッシュ仕上げ、マザーオブパールのEpiphoneロゴ＆フラワーポット・インレイなどルックスも良い雰囲気を持っております。

ボディは、オール単板の仕様で、トップは、きれいなシトカスプルース、サイド・バックには、味のあるメイプルが使用されております。ネックもメイプルで、フィンガーボードとブリッジは、エボニーです。ネックまわりは、ナット幅は、約28.6ミリで、わりとグリップ感のあるCシェイプです。ペグは、ヴィンテージスタイルといった内容です。

サウンドは、モダンなきれいなサウンドで、チョップしたときの音もなかなか良い音がしております。本家の流れを汲んだF-5タイプがこの価格でしたらお買い得と思います。
