1965 Silvertone "Model 1484 Twin Twelve" has arrived in stock. This is the popular "1484 Twin Twelve Amp" model among Silvertone amplifiers.

This model features a dual-channel preamp combined with 6L6 power tubes, delivering approximately 60W of output power. It also includes built-in reverb and tremolo units, and is equipped with two Jensen 12-inch speakers, making it a premium model within the Silvertone brand. Another notable feature is its design, which allows the head section to be stored inside the cabinet, offering excellent portability.

This unit, considering its age, is in excellent condition, maintaining a clean appearance! Maintenance included replacing several capacitors and the power cord. Currently, the reverb circuit is disconnected to prioritize the basic sound, so reverb functionality hasn't been tested.

The sound is truly exceptional—a richly harmonic overdrive tone with exquisite tremolo. This is a genuine "hidden gem" of an amp! Please come try it out!
