愛媛県在住のルシアー"塩崎雅亮"氏。
日本国内で誰よりも"Vintage Martin"を追求し続ける塩崎氏によるD-28スタイル、SD-70 SPECIAL (Jacaranda)のUSED品。

トップ：シトカスプルース
サイド&バック：ハカランダ
ネック：マホガニー
指板：エボニー
ブリッジ：エボニー
ペグ：クルーソン

ハカランダボディでリアシフトのスキャロップドブレイシングとなっており、年式的には1940年代初期頃のD-28がベースになっていると思われます。ただ、ネック形状は薄めのトライアングル、ナット幅は42mmほどで、非常にすっきりとした印象があり、こちら60年代初期あたりのスペックに近そうです。そしてピックガードは本鼈甲となっており、ヘリングボーントリムと相まって全体的にクラシカルな雰囲気を醸し出しております。
スキャロップドエックスブレイシング特有の広がりを見せつつ、腰のある太いトーンは、シーガル弦楽器工房の技術力と言えるでしょう。ハイポジションの広域も非常にクリアで、フラットピッキング時に威力を発揮するサウンドです。

ネックはやや順反り気味ですが、演奏上は問題ございません。弦高は6弦側で約3mmほどとなっておりますが、サドルも4mmほどでており余裕もございます。目立つ傷も少なく年式を考えると綺麗なコンディションかと思います。
