本器はモデルチェンジ前のSWITCH、オーセンティックなドレッドノートモデルのハカランダ仕様、SCD-2HA-Baaa (Adirondack Spruce & Jacaranda)の2017年製USED品。

トップ材のアディロンダック・スプルースはニューヨーク州北東部のアディロンダック山地で採れた正真正銘の材、軽量でいて強靭な良質材のアディロンダック・スプルースは様々な分野で需要も高く、古くからアコースティックギターに於いても最も適していると求められ続けています。中でもSWITCHに使う材は近年貴重になってきた目の詰まったハイグレードなものです。圧倒的な野太い音圧はやはりアディロンでこそ味わえる最大の魅力。
ハカランダの魅力は言わずもがな、抜群に反応の良い低域の凄み、煌びやかでツヤのある高音域はギタリスト永遠の憧れです。今後ますます貴重な存在になることは間違いございません。
フレットには耐久性、操作性に於いて抜群のアドバンテージを誇るSWITCHオリジナルステンレスフレットを採用し、演奏面も隅々まで考慮された設計です。
全体的にキズや使用感は多くございます。ウェザーチェックも入り始めており、見方によっては良い感じの風合いとなってきています。演奏面のコンディションは大変良好な一本です。
