『オーガニックな楽器製作』をコンセプトにするブランドLandscapeバイオリン製作の工法を採り入れてハートウォームなサウンドの表現をエレクトリックで行い、古き良き時代の楽器の工法や材料選択が醸し出すサウンドを改めて見直しながら新しい物との融合を図り日々進化しています。
本器は完成度の高い、17インチフルアコースティックベースの特別作品、ARB-204/FL -蒔絵-。

NAMM SHOWに展示された特別作品です。
「蒔絵」は約1200年以上前の奈良時代より続く日本の伝統技法。金粉や銀粉を用いて華やかな絵柄で漆器などを飾る美しい芸術です。本器は木曽漆器の蒔絵師、深井公氏による作品をテールピースに用いたスペシャルモデル。
生々しいウッドベースのような音色の質感を持ったフルアコベース。ただでさえ存在が貴重なアコースティックベースの中で、ここまで真正面にウッドベースに寄ったモデルはさらに希少です。
素材からくる木の箱なりを重要ポイントとしているが、通常のアコースティックとは違いジャズギターと同じコンセプトでつくられているので、大きい箱なりから誘発されるハウリングを軽減。ピックアップはネック側にマグネティックのフローティングタイプとブリッジに組み込んだピエゾピックアップをブレンドさせて音作りが可能です。弾き手のタッチの変化にきちっと反応してくれるので、アップライトな響きからソリッドなテイストまで、幅広いニュアンスを表現でき、弾きこむごとにボディの鳴りが良くなっていく経年変化も楽しめます。
Jazz、Funk、Popsなど、あらゆるセッションで活躍できるお勧めのベースです。
