元ZEMAITIS Custom Shopにて工場長およびマスタービルダーという重責を担い、数々のハイエンドモデルの製作・監修を手掛けてきた坂本行宏氏が、2016年に、その知識と技術を結実させる形でBizen Worksを立ち上げました。
ギター製作およびリペアの現場で数多くの名器に触れ、木材特性や経年変化、オリジナル構造のニュアンスを徹底的に検証。その蓄積されたデータと感覚値をもとに、“ヴィンテージの本質的な鳴り”を現代のクオリティで再構築することをブランドの軸としています。

ピックアップには、No Name Guitarsを採用、オリジナルP.A.F.を徹底解析し、構造・素材・寸法に至るまで細部を追求して開発されたこだわりのピックアップ。主要パーツにはUS製の部材を直輸入で採用し、ボビンやプレート、マグネットなどもオリジナルと同寸・同材質で製作されています。
その結果として得られたサウンドは、ヴィンテージP.A.F.が持つ芳醇な中域の厚みと、甘く伸びやかな高域を兼ね備えたトーンキャラクター。クリーンでは空気感をまとった立体的な響きを、ドライブ時には倍音豊かで粘りのあるサステインをアウトプットします。
