2015年製、Gibson Custom Shop Solid Formed 17” Venetian Cutaway（中古品）です。
Bruce J Kunkel氏プロデュースによって生まれた17インチボディ・フルアコモデルです。ギブソンは伝統を守りながらも進化し続けていますが、このモデルにおいては、単板を削り出しではなく、プレス加工によってアーチ形成されたオール単板仕様のモダンなアーチトップギターです。
スプルーストップとメイプルのバックは、圧力をかけながら成形されていますので、従来の削り出しに比べて木材の使用量が減り、レスポンスも大幅に向上しております。そのため、甘美な高音域を持つサウンドが体感いただけると思います。ピックアップには、17 インチのゆったりとしたボディの音響特性を妨げないように、フローティングのJohnny Smith ミニ ハムバッカーがピックガードに取り付けられているため、減衰がなく、そのまま増幅されたアコースティックカルな響きを持ちます。またヴォリュームとトーンはピックガードに配置されておりますので、サウンドボードの振動も妨げていません。
コンディションにつきましては、打ちキズなどの使用キズ、ストラプッピン取り付け等はございますが、年式を考えますときれいな外観を保っていると思います。フレットも、ご使用に問題ないレベルです。
カスタムショップに相応しい目の詰まったスプルースや美しくフレイムが入ったメイプルバック＆サイドなどウッドマテリアルも素晴らしく、シンプルなルックスに、アコースティカルで美しいサウンドは、大変魅力的で、お勧めです。ケースは、掲載のギブソンのハードケースが付属いたします。サーティフィケートも付属です。
