Bulbul Guitars（ブルブルギターズ）は、タイ・バンコクを拠点とするルシアーブランド。
主宰はWongsthorn Songbundit（ウォントーン・ソンブンディット）氏です。タイを代表するベテランルシアーWiroon Songbundit氏を父に持ち、もともとはプレイヤーとしてのバックグラウンドがあり、現在はパートナーのMarisa Chancharoen氏と共に、カスタムギターの製作を続けております。ミニマルなデザインを特徴としながらも、クラシックでヴィンテージ感のある雰囲気を大切にしています。
ブランド名の「Bulbul」は、甘く美しい鳴き声で知られる地元の鳴き鳥の一種に由来しています。
本器は約OMサイズのModel S (Sooty Headed Bulbul)。

温かな色調と端正な柾目を備えたウェスタンレッドシダーのトップに、深みのある褐色と優美な木目を湛えたバーミーズローズウッドを組み合わせています。一般的な00サイズよりもさらにコンパクトに整えられた独自のボディは、丸みを持たせながらもウエストを引き締めた流麗なシルエット。個性的な輪郭のヘッド、柔らかな曲線を描くブリッジ、山水画から着想を得た、山々の風景を思わせる奥行きと陰影を表現したロゼッタが、素朴なヴィンテージ感の中に現代的な洗練を添えています。
シダーらしい軽やかなレスポンスを備え、弱いタッチにも素早く反応する繊細な一本です。バーミーズローズウッドの豊かな高音域と奥行きが加わることで、コンパクトなサイズからは想像できないほど充実した低域と、艶やかに伸びる高域を生み出します。音の立ち上がりは柔らかくも輪郭が明瞭で、単音には甘さがあり、コードでは各弦が自然に溶け合います。632mmのショートスケールによる適度に柔らかな弦の張りと、身体にすっと収まる小柄なボディにより、長時間の演奏でも扱いやすく、フィンガースタイルや軽やかなストロークに好相性です。
