ハワイオワフ島のカネオヘに工房を構える『Kanile’a Ukulele(カニレアウクレレ)』。1990年代終わりに社長のジョー氏と妻クリスティン氏により創業。ブリッジピンの採用、3本ラインのファンブレイシングを独自に改良したブレーシングの採用やUV塗装の導入など最新技術と工房のハンドメイド工法の良い面を取り入れた独自の製法により他メーカーにはない独自のサウンドメイキングを実現。今やハワイを代表するブランドとして世界のプロユーザー、エンドユーザーに愛されているブランドです。本器はスタンダードのUV艶あり仕上げコンサートモデル。オールコア単板ボディートップバック、マホガニーネック、ローズウッド指板&ブリッジ、ギヤペグ。サイズ感も良く、ボリュームも大きい為一番人気のシェイプです。ヘッドには亀をモチーフをしたアバロンインレイが後から施されており、華やかな印象に仕上がっています。トップやブリッジに細かな打痕があるものの全体としてきれいな状態を保っており演奏性も良好です。ハワイアンブランドらしい甘さとアメリカンブランドが持つようなクリアさを兼ね備えている1本。セミハードケース付属です。
