A 1972 Park "Park 75 PA Head" has arrived in stock
"Park Amp" was launched by Marshall as a separate brand that could be sold directly, bypassing distributors.
While the basic configuration and parts are equivalent to Marshall amps from the same era, variations in design and the output circuit give
this amp an overall sound with a tone unique to "Park."
The unit we’ve just received is a "Park 75" head manufactured in 1972, featuring a pair of KT88 power tubes.
While it essentially delivers a Plexi-Marshall-style sound, I feel this particular unit produces an exceptionally fine vintage Marshall tone.
Of course, it features point-to-point hand-wiring!
For maintenance purposes, the power cord and capacitors have been replaced. The power transformer has also been replaced with one of the same specifications from the same era, but this does not affect the tone in any way.
I think even many vintage amp enthusiasts haven’t experienced this sound before, so please come try it out!
We’ll offer this at a fair price!
