A 2021 GUITAR TRADERS Sunburst 59 "9-2107" has arrived in stock
“Could be born again”
We set out to create this “Sunburst 59” with the goal of reproducing a “Burst” in a condition close to that of a brand-new guitar from about 60 years ago
Just as we did when we launched our “DMC” reproduction parts line, we began this project with the belief that by using materials similar to those from 1959 and reexamining the manufacturing processes of that era, we could create an instrument that closely resembles the “Burst” in both appearance and sound
We use genuine Honduran mahogany—harvested decades ago—for the body and neck, selected Eastern maple for the body top, and jet-black Brazilian rosewood (Hacaland) for the fingerboard, all bonded with hide glue.
