厳選された最高品質のマテリアルを用いて1本ごとにオーダー、ハンドクラフトがされるPRS "Private Stock"。"売り物にしたくない"ほどにグレードの高い木材を採用することから名づけられた"Private Stock"のステータスは、圧倒的なルックスの美しさ、唯一無二のデザイン、抜群のサウンドによって多くのギターファンの憧れを集めてやまない最高峰グレードです。本器は2012年製"Private Stock Custom24 Signature"、Extra Faded Bonnie Pinkカラー。2012年のWinter NAMMにてディーラーによるハンドピックがされた極上のキルトメイプルトップのオーダーモデル。キルトメイプルトップ＆スワンプアッシュバックボディ、カーリーメイプルネック、マダガスカルローズ指板、"Pattern Thin"ネックプロファイル、アウトラインにMOPをあしらったコーラルピンクのバードインレイ、"V12"フィニッシュが主に採用されていた年代になりますが、本器においてはあえてハイグロスニトロラッカーでのフィニッシュが採用されています。全体的に軽量で取り回しやすい仕上がりの1本。あえて板目にとられたスワンプアッシュボディによる生鳴感も良く、豊かに横に広がる倍音感と充実した低音による存在感あるグッドサウンド。コイルタップ時のシングルコイルサウンドに重きを置き開発がされた"408"ピックアップも見事にマッチしており、各ポジションでのボリュームバランスやハーフトーンの"使える"サウンドバリエーションも大変魅力です。こちらボディバックのパネルによく見ればわかる程度のサイン跡があるものの、その他の状態はとても綺麗で、使用感をあまり伺わせない抜群のコンディション。ロッドの調整を含め良好なネックコンディションで、弾きやすいローアクションのセッティングができております。抜群の反応の良さと解像度を誇るPRSらしいレンジ感で、より多彩にギタートーンを拡張していく高い完成度の1本。ぜひお見逃しなく。オリジナルハードケースが付属。
