A 1966 Fender Jazz Bass with "Bound & Dot Marker Neck" has arrived in stock.
Just Arrived!!
An early ’66 Jazz Bass featuring a dot-marker neck with binding
Since the design was changed to block position markers in the latter half of ’66, this is a transition model produced for only a very short period
This particular instrument has some minor signs of wear but is in excellent condition for vintage gear!
The nut and frets have been replaced, ensuring great playability.
The capacitor has also been replaced, but the pickups and all other parts are original.
The sound features an all-around tone that handles both fingerstyle and slapping—styles characteristic of this era—
making it a model highly popular among top professional bassists!
