A 1960s Silvertone "Model 1484 Twin Twelve Head" has arrived in stock
The "1484 Twin Twelve Amp" is one of the most popular models in the Silvertone amp lineup
This high-end Silvertone model features a dual-channel preamp paired with 6L6 power tubes. It delivers approximately 60W of output power, includes reverb and tremolo units, and is equipped with two 12-inch Jensen speakers
This unit is a head-only model, and as part of its maintenance, several capacitors and the power cord have been replaced
The sound is exceptional—featuring a rich, harmonic overdrive tone, along with exquisite reverb and tremolo effects—truly a “hidden gem” of an amp!
