2004年製 Gibson Custom Shop Historic Collection 1957 Les Paul Custom Black Beauty (中古品)入荷いたしました。
ギブソンの黄金期50〜60年代のヴィンテージギターの構造、素材、スペック、パーツを現代技術を用いて忠実に再現したギブソンカスタムショップ製の最高峰リイシューモデル「Historic Collection」。本機は57年仕様のレスポールカスタムのリイシューモデルになります。
漆黒の外観にゴールドハードウェア、指板とヘッドのインレイ、まさにギタリストの憧れのブラックビューティーです。またバインディングは綺麗に焼け、ヘッドの化粧板にはクラックが入ってきており非常に渋い雰囲気を漂わせています。ウッドマテリアルはボディー、ネック共にマホガニー、指板はエボニーとなっています。ボディーのマホガニーには非常に良質な材が使用されているようで塗装の引きで目の詰まり具合がわかります。
サウンドと要となるピックアップにはフロントとリア共に「Burst Bucker」が搭載されており低音ふくよかなファットなサウンドが印象的です。フロントは低音が豊かで高音は抜けが良いバランスの取れた印象です。リアよりファット感が強くなり一音一音のピッキングをダイレクトにアウトプットしてくれます。もちろん歪みとの相性も抜群でどのロックジャンルでも即戦力になれるサウンドです。
コンディションとしましては一部、使用傷や打ち傷などがありますが年式を考えますと比較的綺麗な状態だと思います。ヘッド化粧板に塗装のクラックが見られます。金属パーツにくすみがございます。ネック状態は良好でフレットの消耗も少なく演奏性に問題はないと思います。
