K.Yairi 1994 YM-1 - a practical player's guitar combining comfortable playability with a tone matured over 30+ years.
Handmade by skilled craftsmen at the workshop in Kani, Gifu, Japan. After more than 30 years, the top and back/side woods have dried thoroughly, giving very quick response and rich overtones with strong volume - the whole body resonates even with a light strum.
K.Yairi's finely carved neck profile differs from chunkier imported necks, reducing left-hand fatigue in long sessions and supporting smooth chord changes. Yairi's solid construction keeps it tough enough for regular gigging use even after 30+ years.
