Larrivee 1991 OM-09 — an even, piano-like clarity and note definition ideal for fingerstyle, complex chord voicings, solo guitar, and recording, combined with the warmth of 35 years of aging.
Larrivee's symmetrical bracing delivers an even, perfectly balanced sound with no muddiness from lows to highs. Combined with the comfortable OM body and fast response, it translates the subtlest nuances of the player's touch into tone.
Built with Sitka spruce and Indian rosewood selected by Jean Larrivee, renowned for his eye for tonewood. Thirty-five years of aging have added a full, warm low-mid range to Larrivee's characteristic clear highs, giving a fully opened-up voice.
Early-1990s examples, made before the factory scaled up, are highly regarded for their meticulous hand assembly. This one still offers the playability to stand up to demanding live and recording use, with fine inlays and beautiful wood binding.

[Playing Condition]
Action at the 12th fret: 2.0mm low E side, 1.9mm high E side. Saddle protrusion approximately 2.5-4.0mm. No choking or buzzing; playing condition is good.
