ハワイオワフ島のカネオヘに工房を構える『Kanile’a Ukulele(カニレアウクレレ)』。1990年代終わりに社長のジョー氏と妻クリスティン氏により創業。ブリッジピンの採用、3本ラインのファンブレイシングを独自に改良したブレーシングの採用やUV塗装の導入など最新技術と工房のハンドメイド工法の良い面を取り入れた独自の製法により他メーカーにはない独自のサウンドメイキングを実現。今やハワイを代表するブランドとして世界のプロユーザー、エンドユーザーに愛されているブランドです。本器は2013年製のUSED品。サテンフィニッシュのテナーモデルです。オールハワイアンコア単板ボディー、マホガニーネック、ローズウッド指板&ブリッジ。甘さとアメリカンブランドが持つようなクリアさを兼ね備えています。ペグはゴトー製510にリプレイスされており、元のペグ痕やネジ穴の埋め痕が薄っすらと見える状態です。全体的に演奏に伴うキズや打痕が見られる状態。ネック裏はやや艶が出てきております。後付けにてフィッシュマンのアンダーサドル・ピエゾタイプのピックアップが取り付けられており、ライン出力も可能。ハワイアンブランドとしてはもはや王道の一つとも言えるカニレアウクレレ。汎用ハードケース付属。
