1993年にそれまでとは一線を画すクオリティーのVintage ReissueラインとしてスタートしたHistoric Collection。その後細かな点のブラッシュアップが図られ、現在に至るまでGibsonのトップラインとして君臨しています。本機は2000年製の59モデル、現Gibson Custom ShopのマスターアーティザンであるTom Murphyの手によりハンドエイジドが施されていた時期の個体です！前年1999年に大幅なスペックチェンジ&グレードアップが図られ、それと同時にラインアップされたエイジドモデル。当時はTom Murphyが1本1本手作業でエイジングを施していたため、生産本数が極端に少なく、入手するのは簡単ではないモデルでした。こちらの個体はネック裏に軽度なクラック修理歴こそあるものの、トップに揺らめく極上のフレイムメイプルトップ、「Good Wood Era」と呼ばれる時期の個体ならではの良質なマホガニー材など、ウッドマテリアルの良質さは折り紙付き、加えてこちらも現在入手が困難なTom HolmesのH45XTとH456（珍しい型番の為、少数生産の特注モデルと思われます）がマウントされ、キャパシターもヴィンテージバンブルビーを搭載、POTも新調されており、サウンド面も抜かりなしです♪ナットはデルリン材のものに、トグルプレートやノブ類もサードパーティーのリアルなものが取り付けられており、フレットやネック回りのコンディションも良好、安心してお使いいただける状態をキープしたお買い得な1本です。現在Tom Murphyの手によるエイジドモデルは生産されていない為、お探しの方はこの機会に是非是非！ウェイト4.08kg、認定証類、カスタムショップ製ブラックハードケース付属。
