YAMAHA 1983 LA-27, a guitar that balances tone, playability, and comfort.
YAMAHA developed the LA series with a focus on ease of use for Japanese guitarists, working with leading Japanese artists to create a more comfortable, easier-playing guitar. Slightly smaller than a dreadnought with a shallower body, it fits the body well and is easy to hold, with little fatigue during long sets or extended sessions at home.
Each string is clearly defined, with a powerful sound and beautiful sustain. YAMAHA's articulate note definition works well for both strummed chords and delicate fingerpicking. The tonal balance is excellent: the lows are full without being merely heavy, and the mids and highs are clear and strong. This voice has been loved by artists both in Japan and abroad.
The LA series is no longer in production and few examples remain on the market, making it a hard-to-find and valuable model.

[Condition]
Clean condition with no notable scratches or damage. No buzzing, choking, or other playing issues. Action at the 12th fret: 2.5mm low E side, 1.8mm high E side. Saddle protrusion: approximately 2.5mm-2.0mm. Very slight separation at the center seam below the bridge, which does not affect use.
[Warranty]
This is a consignment item, so no shop warranty is included. Adjustments and repairs (paid) can be arranged on request after purchase. Not eligible for the mail-order trial service (no returns).
