L.Luthierは2009年、創業者Adwin Lai(アドウィン・ライ)によってマレーシアで誕生した新進気鋭のアジアンギターブランドです。アドウィンは10代でギターと作曲を始め、大学ではギターと声楽を専門に勉強、実際にシングルをリリースするなどミュージシャンとしての知識を持ち合わせています。創業より10年あまり常に「決して完璧ではなく、常により良い」をスローガンに完璧ではなく継続的な改善のみであるとの信念に基づいています。独自の考察から生み出される楽器達は内部の構造のみならず、オリジナリティー溢れるデザインにも反映されています。本器はコンサートサイズのLe Light Rose。ギターのLEシリーズ同様、独自のサウンドホールが配置されています。トップ低音側上部に配置された2つのホールとサイド側にマウントされたサウンドポートでリハーサルまたはパフォーマンス中に高い感度を実現、演奏者自身にサウンドをモニタすることを主な目的としています。自身が聞くサウンドと聴衆へ届けるサウンドをセパレートして考えている所が特徴です。スプルーストップ、ローズウッドサイド&バック、マホガニーネック、ローズウッド指板、ローズウッドメイプルラインデザイン入りのブリッジ、オープンゴールドギヤペグ、緩やかにラウンドされたベネチアンカッタウェイ、バインディングセルは杢入りのメイプルにカラー、レッドカラーに着色されたウッドライントリムがアクセントになっており、モダンなデザインのアクセントになっています。音量も大きく、クリアーで明瞭なサウンド。様々なプレイスタイルに対応します。持ち運びにも大変便利なオリジナルのギグケースが付属されております。
