ペダル・スチール・ギターの老舗プランドの「Sho-Bud」で、1955年にバディ・エモンズとショットジャクソンによって設立され、世界中の多くの演奏者より好評を得トツプブラドとして君臨していた「Sho-Bud」です。
50年代にスチール・ギターにいくつかの弦の音程を変化させるためのペダルとニー・レバーが備えられ、従来のスチール・ギターに比べ多様で複雑な音楽演奏を可能にした楽器でグリッサンドと深いビブラートをかけて演奏することができ、人の声と共通する特性があり一般にはカントリー・アンド・ウェスタンでは人気のある独特の音色を作り出している必要不可欠な楽器として有名です。
今回入荷のショーバッド・シングルネックの10弦(1ニーレバー・3ペダル)、モデルMaverick(S-10)で製造より約40年近くが経過している本体で、経年の使用に於ける傷・塗装及び金属パーツ類においてはクスミ・劣化等の症状がございますが近年USED市場においてもペダル・スチール・ギターが出回る機会の少ない、とても入手が難しくなってきている本体です、日頃お探しだった方は是非この機会をお見逃し無く…‼︎。
