愛知県在住のギター製作家岩根康氏が手掛けるこだわりのハンドメイドギター「Iwaneko Guitars」。年間製作本数はごくわずかで市場にも数が少ないブランドです。堅固なつくりが特徴で、しっかりとした響きを持っています。

本機は、抱えやすいシングル0サイズの小型ボディに、14Fネックジョイント、0フレット、632.5mmスケール、フローレンタインカッタウェイの個性的なスペックです。そして、サウンドホール径が大きめにセットされているのが特徴で、小振りながら広がりのあるサウンドを生んでいます。とても美しいジャーマンスプルーストップに、木目がきれいに整ったインディアンローズウッドのサイド・バック、ネックは、良質なホンジュラスマホガニー＆ローズ3P、フィンガーボードとブリッジは、美しいインレイが映えるエボニーと贅沢なウッドマテリアルとなっております。ルックス面では、白蝶貝&ゼブラウッドのロゼッタ、メイプルバインディング、ゼブラウッドのアールが付けられたヘッドプレート、ヘッドからフィンガーボード、トップへと外周に白蝶貝がふんだんに使用されるなど大変豪華な内容です。塗装は、大変手間のかかるシェラックで仕上げられており、よりダイレクトな振動感を生んでいます。ネックまわりは、ナット幅は、43.5ミリに、程よい厚みを持ったラウンドシェイプです。ペグは、ギア比（1：21）が高いGotoh 510のロック式ペグが採用されておりチューニングも細かくできますし、弦交換も楽に行えます。

サウンドは、小振りですがしっかりと低音も出ていて、箱の鳴りもたっぷりと感じることができますし、質感良く、素晴らしいです。フィンガーで弾くととても上品なサウンドフィールで、艶があって色気のある音が印象的であります。個人製作家モノで、この内容でこの価格は、大変お買い得と思います。ケースは、掲載のハードケースが付属いたします。
