流通も少ないギブソンバンジョーウクレレ"UB-3"。コレクタブルな1本。
Product Description
UB-3は二十年代から生産がスタートしたバンジョーウクレレ五兄弟の中堅機種。レアアイテムといえます。8インチヘッド、メイプルリム、メイプルネック、指板は染色されたメイプルだと思います。パールヘッド&指板インレイ、グローバーフリクションペグ、The gibsonヘッドロゴ。1924年頃から1937年頃までにかけて製作されていたモデルで、マンドリンバンジョーのMB-3やソプラノウクレレのUKE-3と同等のインレイパターンを持っています。この個体は15フレットへ仕様変更した後の1932年頃からディスコンまでのおよそ五年の間の一台だと思います。豊かな音量はもとより、抜群に趣きのあるトーンが持ち味。待った無しで古き良き時代がフラッシュバックする、ノスタルジックな音色です。八十年の流れを感じさせない上々のコンディションで、操作性も良好。ヘッドは近年に替えられている様子です。国内の市場ではほとんど見かけない一品となります。コレクションとしてもお勧めの品です。非常にレアなオリジナルアリゲーターチップボードケースが付属しますが多数の破損がある為実使用には他のケースをご用意する事をおすすめします。
