Jim Dunlopの現代的な小型ファズフェイス第2弾"Fuzz Face Mini Germanium FFM2"
1960年代のゲルマニウム・トランジスタ仕様のFuzz Faceを元に、超小型化を実現。
ACアダプター使用が可能になり、LEDを搭載する等、あの魅力的なサウンドに高い機能性が加わりました!!

このFFM2はゲルマニウムトランジスタを使用し、66年から68年のブライトながらマイルドで温かみのあるクラシックファズトーンを出力。
シリコンのミニファズフェイスFFM1の攻撃的なサウンドとは大きくキャラクターが異なり、ゲインもそこまで高くなく、ルーズに暴れる低音域や粘りのある中音域を感じるオーガニックなトーンも特徴です。

適度なゲイン量の為、チューブアンプのブースターとしてクラシックリードサウンドを作り上げるのにも最適!!

出力の低いシングルコイルで使用すると、ゲルマファズフェイスらしい手元のボリュームに反応してスムーズなクリスタルクリーンへと移行する反応性の高さも持ち合わせています。

このサイズと仕様になった事で扱いやすくなった事は間違いありません!!
