堅牢な筐体と信頼性の高いサウンドで業界をリードし、ほぼ全てをカバーする多彩なラインナップを誇り、プロからアマチュアまで幅広く支持されているビッグブランドです。
本器はRoland Jazz Chorusのコーラス部をペダル化して発売した、CE-1 Chorus Ensembleの1979年製ヴィンテージ。

1976年に登場したCE-1 Chorus Ensembleは、アナログ全開の暖かく太いコーラスサウンドが特徴です。コーラスだけでなく、ヴィブラートも搭載しており、切り替えSW上のランプは「intensity」や「rate」のパラメータに反応して点滅します。
年式からするとかなり綺麗な外観で、これは美品と言って良いでしょう。
ヴィンテージBOSSの歴史を体感したい方に、強くおすすめできる逸品です。
