2020年製、Iwaneko Guitars Type-Vibrato D（中古品）です。

愛知県在住のギター製作家、岩根康（Kou Iwane)氏が手掛けるブランド「Iwaneko Guitars」。構造物として頑丈にというポリシーで楽器製作されており実際にお手にしていただければ分かりますが、まさにそういった内容の作りです。

本機は、ブランドの代名詞とも言えるビグスビーテールピースを装備したType-Vibratoです。これは独自の内部構造、工法により、ビグスビーテールピースを装備したアコースティックギターで、単にラウンドをつけたトップにテールピースを装着したのではなく、独自に考案した Fフローティングセンターブロック&ポールによるミュートキャンセルシステムにより、トップ響板に接触させることなくアーミングを行うことができるようにしています。このことにより、従来のようにアコースティックサウンドをスポイルすることなく、ビブラート奏法を楽しむことができます。

ボディスタイルは、Dシェイプで、ウッドマテリアルは、きれいなシトカスプルーストップに、木目の整ったインディアンローズウッドサイド＆バック、ホンジュラスマホガニー＆ローズ3Pネック、良質なエボニー指板＆ブリッジです。

ブレイシングは、岩根さんお馴染みのダブルXのスキャロップスタイルで、しっかりした出音と強度を兼ね備えています。0フレット仕様もお馴染みのスペックです。また従来のタイプビブラートよりブリッジベースを大型化、接着固定することで、オクターブピッチがさらに安定しております。ボディの塗装は、手間のかかるシェラック塗装で仕上げられており、音をよりダイレクトに伝達してくれます。ペグは、人気のゴトーSGL510Zチューナー（ギア比1：21）を搭載しておりチューニングも高精度です。

ルックスは、存在感のある白蝶貝ロゼッタにメイプルバインディングなどシンプルで美しい仕上がりです。クリアのピックガードもまた良い感じです。

サウンドは、アーチトップのテイストも感じる独自のフィールで、味があってすごく良いです。しっかりとした奥行きもあり、音の質感も良いです。アーミングしたときの揺らぎサウンドはまさに唯一無二で、新たな可能性を広げてくれると思います。

コンディションにつきましては、使用キズはほとんどないきれいな外観で、演奏性も良好です。
