ジャパンヴィンテージ、Jumbo A-Type Mandolinです。

日本におけるフラットマンドリン製作のパイオニア田原良平氏によって1960年代末頃に創設された田原楽器によるブランド「Jumbo」。日本のブルーグラスカルチャーに欠かすことができないブランドで、現在も根強いファンがいます。またSumi工房の鷲見英一氏が田原楽器で田原氏に師事していたことは、ファンの間では広く知られております。

本機は、内容から当時の入門機で、AタイプFホールのフラットマンドリンです。インサイドには、Manufactured by Jumbo Musical Instrumentsの刻印がございますが、モデル名などはございません。時を経て貫禄の出たルックスに、その馴染んだサウンドはとても味わいがあります。エントリーモデルですが、ヴォリュームもあり、抜け良くなかなか良い音がします。

コンディションとしましては、fホール部分割れ補修、トップ落ち等がございますが、現状は、問題なくご使用いただける状態です。ピックガードやテールピースなどはオリジナルで残っています。製造は、1970年代と思われます。

手の届きやすい国産フラットマンドリンで、オールドの風合いなどがお好みの方におすすめです。

ケースは、掲載のハードケースが付属いたします。
