昨年10月に製作活動からの引退宣言とも取れる弦楽器展を終えた石井氏、その時完成間近だったビウエラの仕上げがこの度終わり入荷しました。

装飾の細密な箇所にまで手を弛めず極めて精緻に造作されており、音に関係のない部分ではあるとは言え、ルネッサンス時代の典雅な雰囲気を醸し出すには、美観に拘るのも重要な作業となります。

そういった微細な作業の集大成が楽器全体の品位を決定していきます。
それが音にも反映していてこの石井ビウエラは煌びやかな音色でありながら、心に染み入る響きを醸し出しています。
ルネッサンス・リュートと比べるとビウエラは少し可愛らしい鳴りをイメージしますがこの楽器は音量も結構あります。
1コースを単弦に張ればもっと落ち着いた響きになります。
