Product Description

このモデルはシュタウファー工房の作品の中でもネック角度が変えられるレニアーニモデルとなっていることから同工房の後期の作品に属すると思われます。

糸巻きはシュターファーの当時のオリジナルマシンではありませんが、後年トーレスなどにも装着されている150年程前に製作された古い糸巻きに交換されています。

今人気のギターリスト岡本拓也氏が愛用している19世紀ギターは同じシュタウファー工房製ですが、岡本氏所有のギターはヘッドの形状が後年エレキギターに受け継がれることになるフェンダー・タイプなのに対して、この作品はネックの角度が変えられるレニアーニタイプとなっています（豊かな音響を得るために指板が表面板に接着されていない）。

200年近くも前に製作されたとは思えないほどギター全体の状態は良く、既に全ての箇所がリペア済みです。
本体バックの写真で確認に頂けるように裏板に左肩口から袈裟掛けに大きな一本のクラック痕が確認できますがしっかりと修理が施されていて（サウンドホール内の写真をご参照）、現在はすぐに使用できるベストコンディションです。

このギター、もしシュタフファーのオリジナルラベルが残っていればかなり高価となりますが、過去の修理でそれと確認できるラベルが剥がれているため、相場の1/2の価格となっています。

音は、正にシュタウファー独自の世界が繰り広げられ、野太い音色の中にも洗練された高音の美しさが際だっていて音量も申し分ありません。

前オーナー様が製作したオリジナル風のコフィンケースと、ネック角度を変えるためのネック付け根＝ヒール：にある可変機構に必要なキーも付属しています（写真をご参照）。
