ラミネイト・メイプルの16インチ幅ボディを持つ定番アーチトップ、ES-175系モデル。こちらは1970年代中期製ES-175Dです。
ボリュートを持つ3ピース・メイプルネックが特徴のこちらの1本、ネックバインディング際に見られる塗装面の擦れ、ギタースタンドとの干渉によるにネック裏一部の塗装劣化、ボディバック一部の塗装タッチアップ等、相応に使用感は窺えるものの、約50年前の製作品としては全体的なコンディションはまずまず良好。フロント、リア共にオリジナルのパテント・ナンバー・ピックアップ（打刻）も健在です。また当店入荷後にフレットの擦り合わせ/リシェイプ、コントロール・ポットの洗浄、出力ジャックの交換、といった修理調整を完了し、傷みの見られたブリッジサドルはフルレプリカ形状のパーツへ交換済み。プレイアビリティも完調です。
標準的なマホガニーネック仕様と比較して、ローからローミッドが程良くタイトな独特のサウンドを持っておりますので、アンプ使用時のコントロール性も上々。現場での実用性 が高いヴィンテージ・イチナナゴをお探しでした方に、是非お勧めしたい1本です！ Gibson ES-175D / 1976年 / EX / ハードケース付き
