☆For information on mail-order sales, please see the Shop Information section on our website☆ We have received a 1989 Paul Reed Smith "Custom 24" with a 10-top and bird inlays. Paul Reed Smith Guitars first entered the market in 1985 with the production model "Custom 24"
This newly arrived model is an 1989 "Custom 24" featuring a 10-top and bird inlay. The body is crafted from maple with distinctive grain that appears to spread outward along the perimeter. It features an emerald green finish and a rosewood fingerboard, a material used up until this period.
Due to the natural staining process used for coloring up to this period, there is some slight fading. However, the combination of the green finish and the yellow highlights of the maple grain creates a look truly worthy of being called “Tiger Stripe.” While there are minor signs of wear commensurate with its age, considering its vintage, it is in excellent condition! It is also an original instrument with no modifications.
PRS models from this era are characterized by playability and sound that retain the feel of early vintage guitars. We’re offering this at a fair price! Pickups: PRS Standard Bass & Treble.
