Yulong Guo is one of China's leading contemporary classical guitar makers. He began building guitars in 1983 and has developed an international reputation for his innovative double-top instruments and refined craftsmanship.

Guo is particularly known for his Chamber Concert model, which combines modern double-top construction with lattice bracing. In 2018, after studying an authentic Antonio de Torres guitar in Frankfurt, he also developed a traditionally constructed concert model. This instrument won Second Prize at the 2nd International Antonio Marín Montero Guitar-Making Competition in Granada, Spain.
