ヴィンテージ・マーチン・ギターを知り尽くした、Seagull Guitar 主宰・塩崎氏のハンドメイドによるD-45モデル、初期1982年製のSD-85 CustomのUSED品。

トップ：シトカスプルース
サイド＆バック：ホンジュラスローズウッド
ネック：マホガニー
指板：エボニー
ブリッジ：エボニー
ペグ：オリジナル

ギター製作家であり、マーティン研究家の顔を持つ塩崎氏の初期の渾身の作である本器は、D-45モデルでありながら、ヘッドに入った女性のインレイが目を惹くオリジナリティ溢れる仕上がりです。また、サイド&バックのホンジュラスローズウッドの木目の美しさは格別なもので、ここまで目の詰まった材は、近年なかなかお目にかかれません。

3フィンガーでは繊細で華やか、コードで鳴らすと贅沢でゴージャスなサウンドを楽しむことができます。ノンスキャロップドブレイシングから生み出される一音一音コシのあるタイトなトーンは、レギュラーのD-45では味わうことは出来ません。フラッグシップモデルに相応しい響きでしょう。

ブリッジ下に薄っすらとしたセンターシーム部の開きの補修跡、全体的にウェザーチェックや小さな傷がちょこちょことございますが、演奏上は問題ございません。
