Product Description
1985年に設立されたギターブランド、Paul Reed Smith。創業当初より優れたサウンドクオリティー、現代的なプレイアビリティを兼ね備えた演奏性に加え、そのウッドマテリアルの素晴らしさやアーティスティックなデザイン性が高く評価され、現在ではFenderやGibsonと並ぶトップブランドとしての地位を確立しています。本機は1990年製の「Signature」モデル。Private Stockの前身とも言えるモデルで、最高級グレードの木材を選定し、1986年から1991年までの約5年間製作されましたが、トータルの生産本数は僅か1,000本と非常にプレミアムな高級機でした。カラーはこれまたレアな「Bonnie Pink Smoke Burst」でピックアップはフロントにVintage Bass、リアにHFSを搭載。指板にはブラジリアンローズウッドを使用し、アバロンバードインレイが映えまくる美しいルックス。この時期に採用されていたスウィートスイッチ搭載機で、リッチでウッディーな響きのクリーントーン、ドライブさせるとマテリアルの良さを感じさせる輪郭の崩れない音像など、初期PRSならでは、と感じさせるトーンを持った個体です。経年によるカラーのフェイドや使用に伴うウェア、バックパネルのヒビ割れなどは見受けられますが、パーツ交換等もなく、オリジナルコンディションをキープしております。製造後約35年が経過し、流通する個体数が減少している初期PRSの名機。この機会をお見逃しなく！ウェイト3.67kg、オリジナルハードケース付属。
