大阪に拠点を構えるリペア、製作工房"八弦小唄"。ヴィンテージショップを中心とした顧客から受ける膨大な量のリペアで得た知識と、セットアップに関する独自の解釈が反映される楽器はヴィンテージ通をも唸らせる仕上がりで知られます。そんな"八弦小唄”がプロデュースするブランド”So What”の、遊び心を隠しきれなかった小柄なアコースティックモデル”ウエスタンスモール”。ニカワ接着やマテリアルなど、こだわりの詰まった即戦力なモデルです。スプルーストップ、マホガニーサイド&バック、マホガニーネック、ローズウッド指板&ブリッジ、ダブルパラレログラム指板インレイ、積層バインディング、クリームラージピックガード、Gotoh製SD-90ペグ、ナット幅43mm、ノンスキャロップドXブレイシング、ニカワ接着。50年代後半にこんなモデルがあったらなぁと妄想を詰め込んだ1本。アジャスタブルサドル仕様ですが、セラミックサドルとローズウッドサドルの2種が付属。サウンドと気分で換装してお楽しみいただけます。指板ラジアスはアコギでは珍しく305R(約12.0")-350R(約13.8")のコンパウンドラジアスを採用。またコンタクトピエゾタイプのL.R.Baggs Hi-Fiを搭載しており、お部屋で爪弾くのはもちろん、ライブからレコーディングまで幅広い音楽シーンで活用いただけます。しっかりと輪郭を帯びるドライでパーカッシブな響き。倍音をしっかりとまといながらラウドな響きからノスタルジックな響きまで、幅広くプレイを彩ってくれます。ルックスはもちろん、ポテンシャルも高い本気の小柄なアメリカンスタイルアコースティックモデル。是非お手元でご堪能ください。オリジナルソフトケースが付属します。
