国内ディーラー企画モデル、ラップアラウンドブリッジにハムバッカー搭載のレスポール"R4"。2023年製USED品。

Product Description
1990年代初頭に設立された"GIbson Custom shop"とフラッグシップモデルの"1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue"を筆頭に往年の名モデルを復刻する"Historic Collection"のシリーズ。細かなブラッシュアップをしながら、憧れのヴィンテージモデルを最新のクオリティで現代に蘇らせてきました。本器は2024年製"1954 Les Paul Wraparound 2 Humbuckers All Ebony VOS"。本来はゴールドトップにP-90×2を搭載する"Historic Collection"の"1954 Les Paul (R4)"ですが、こちらは国内ディーラー限定企画でオーダーがされたハムバッカー搭載スタイル。その他ヘッドストックの"Gibson"ロゴを当時存在した"Lower Logo"低い位置に配した仕様の他、ボディとネック、全体をエボニーカラーでまとったシンプルかつスタイリッシュな内容。ネックシェイプとフレットのスペックは通常の"R4"同様の"50s Rounded Medium C"と"Historic Gibson Narrow/Tall"を採用。元々の"1954 Les Paul"のユニークなキャラクターを持ちつつ、ハムバッカー搭載でよりオールラウンダーな扱いやすさを手に入れた魅力的なスペックです。ラップアラウンドブリッジによる豊かなサスティーンとダイレクトな鳴感、握り応えのある丸いネックシェイプと少し細めのフレットから生み出されるウッディでふくよかなトーン。チューン-O-マチックに比べシンプルな倍音構成で手元のニュアンスもしっかりと汲み取ってくれる挙動で、ついつい弾き続けてしまう面白みが特徴的な魅力です。勿論近年ヒストリックモデルの仕様であるチューブレストラスロッドやニカワ接着、ポッティング作業を施さないCustombucker等による、レスポンシブルで開放感のあるポテンシャルも存分にお楽しみいただけます。こちらボディバック等の極細かな小傷、ネックの裏に小さな打痕が1か所ある他、VOSフィニッシュの為、元より全体的なヘアラインや塗装ポリッシングのムラがありますが、顕著に目立ったダメージはなく演奏上の妨げになるものはございません。フレットの使用感もさほど感じず、ロッドの調整を含め良好なネックコンディション。現状弾きやすいローアクションでのセッティングができております。レギュラーのカタログラインナップにはない1954 Les Paulのハムバッカーコンバート仕様。ぜひお見逃しなく。オリジナルハードケース、認定書、タグ類が付属。
