フィンランドのギターメーカーRuokangas(ルオカンガス)
少数精鋭、熟練のビルダーでハンドメイドにこだわるハイエンド・エレクトリックギターメーカーです。
本器は、SスタイルのVSOPシリーズより、VSOP DX Birth CustomのUSED品。
トップ：アークティックバーチ
バック：スパニッシュシダー
ネック：メイプル
指板：アークティックバーチ
ブリッジ：ウィルキンソン By ゴトー
ペグ：ゴトー（ロッキング）
その他：42mmナット幅、647.7mmスケール
特徴的な木材を用いて製作されるVSOP Deluxe
トップ材に使われるアークティックバーチはフィンランドに自生する木材で、乾燥と寒さの厳しいフィンランドの冬を生きる強度の高い材です。また、より良い材を入手すべく実際に森に足を運んで選んだ木を伐採して製材したものが使用されております。
ボディバックにはエレキギターでは珍しいスパニッシュシダーが採用されており、軽量で安定したスパニッシュシダーを採用することで独自のサウンドを作り上げております。
ピックアップにはDukebuckerがネックポジション、ブリッジポジションともに搭載されております。
Dukebuckerはドイツのピックアップ職人のハリー・ホイズル氏とチームを組み、理想のサウンドを求め試行錯誤を重ねて開発されたルオカンガスのオリジナルピックアップです。
指板エンドに打跡傷が1箇所見受けられますが、他に目立つ傷はなく、演奏性も良好です。
中古市場になかなか出回らない北欧を代表するルシアーギター、この機会にぜひお試しください。
