フィッシュマン伝統のプリアンプとトーン・コントロールを搭載した、2つのチャンネル。
また、それぞれ楽器とマイクの入力対応し、楽器チャンネルにはデジタル・リバーブ、コーラス、マイク・チャンネルにはリバーブを搭載。

CDや MP3プレイヤーなどのライン・レベルのステレオ音源を接続する AUX 入力（1/4" & 1/8"）と、バランス XLR DI 出力も搭載され、音源とのセッションや演奏の録音までも可能にします。
