2013年、日本が世界に誇るOEMファクトリー寺田楽器に当時在籍していたベテラン職人、樋口恭大氏（ひぐちきょうだい）によってに設立されたブランド、"Rozeo"。現在は独立しておりますが、Rozeoは引き続き樋口氏監修のもと製作されております。
本器はコンパクトボディのセミアコに、トランスピンクカラーを採用した Ladybug-CB CM HB/Trans Pink。
